As O.Z.’s Account Executive, I handle all aspects of service contracts and retrofit sales for O.Z., and I manage our customers’ service accounts. In addition, in the retrofit area, my responsibilities include overseeing design, estimating, bidding, negotiating, closing, and managing contracts.

management. I’ve watched technology evolve from first generation
computers to today’s technologies that are part of everyone’s daily
life. I’ve watched energy costs soar but with today’s Energy
Management Systems, the costs can be controlled. Customers have

Responsible for managing a $5.4 million Energy
Conservation Measures project. Worked with all the
subcontractors on a daily basis managing problems,
ensuring an efficient installation, and preventing delays and
cost overruns. Monitored material, labor and related costs to
stay within project guidelines.
Systems Application Engineer
Responsible for the engineering, both hardware and
software, of projects from Design engineers’ drawings and
specifications for a variety of commercial buildings,
hospitals, colleges, and universities. Coordinated with
subcontractors as needed and provided customer training.
Application Engineer
Created the necessary routines and programs for direct
digital control systems for all branch jobs. Generated smoke
purge software to meet fire pressurization standards. Wrote
FMS software for a wide cross section of various complexes
including a shopping mall and office complex, colleges, and
industrial buildings.

Managed a technical staff of six. Supervised them in
commissioning construction and retrofit projects. Developed
inhouse training programs to assure overall technical staff
